Jack Gibbons
CEO
As CEO of FB Society, Jack leads a dynamic team dedicated to creating, incubating, and scaling innovative hospitality brands nationwide.
He's been instrumental in introducing transformative brands to untapped markets, earning recognition as one of America's Top 25 Restaurant Groups, USA Today's Best Food Hall in the U.S., and a three-time Hot Concepts winner.
Before FB Society, Jack spent 25 years with Pappas Restaurant Group growing the concept from a single location to a national brand.

Brad Leist
CFO
As Chief Financial Officer, Brad leverages extensive experience across multi-brand portfolios to fortify each brand and deliver maximum value.
He ensures every brand within FB Society is strategically positioned for success, aligning financial frameworks with brand excellence.
Brad previously served as Senior Vice President of Finance for Houston-based Landry's and as CFO at Ignite Restaurant Group, bringing over 20 years of financial leadership across luxury hospitality, restaurants, and entertainment.

Christine Magrann
COO and President
As President and Chief Operating Officer, Christine leads brand strategy and operations for Mexican Sugar, Whiskey Cake Kitchen & Bar and The Food Hall Co.
She's a seasoned executive with a passion for people-first culture and innovation, creating exceptional guest experiences and building thriving lifestyle brands.
Before joining FB Society, Christine served as President and COO of Makeready, where she oversaw hotels, restaurants, and experiential platforms with a focus on strategic growth and community-driven concepts.

Jeff Carcara

As CEO of Sixty Vines, Jeff is known for his ability to inspire teams, elevate food and beverage experiences, and drive growth.
He's recognized as a trailblazer in the hospitality industry, consistently challenging norms to deliver unforgettable dining experiences.
His career includes leadership roles with Del Frisco's Restaurant Group, Barteca Restaurant Group, Darden Restaurants, and Hillstone Restaurant Group, where he's demonstrated remarkable talent in developing teams and achieving multi-unit growth.
